Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bell Team Leader to supervise and coordinate our bell services team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Bahrain. The successful candidate will lead the team that provides first-class guest services including luggage assistance, guest relations, and concierge support.

This leadership role requires strong management skills, extensive hospitality experience, and the ability to ensure exceptional service standards while leading a team of bell staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bell services team and daily operations
• Ensure consistent high-quality guest service standards
• Train new team members on hotel procedures and service standards
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experience
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and development
• Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
