This position requires excellent communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to provide personalized service that reflects the luxury standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel amenities
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining
• Assist with guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments
• Maintain professional appearance and represent hotel brand standards
• Handle guest complaints with courtesy and professionalism
• Support concierge services and guest relations activities
