Bar Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Bahrain. The successful candidate will oversee daily bar operations, manage bar staff, and ensure exceptional beverage service standards.

This leadership role requires strong management skills, extensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails, and the ability to maintain luxury service standards in a high-end hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate bar staff activities and schedules
• Ensure consistent quality of beverages and cocktails
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Train new bar staff on recipes, techniques, and service standards
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with licensing laws and health regulations
• Develop new cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings
